Rebates

• Rebates may reduce your personal expense for psychological services.
• Rebates may be accessed with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) provided by your GP, and can be used for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. In order to see whether you are eligible for a MHCP, please speak with your GP.
• Most private health insurers provide partial cover for psychological services. Please speak with your private health insurance for further information.

Referrals

• Whist you do not need a referral to access our service, it may assist in reducing your personal
  expense for psychological services.
• If eligible, your GP may refer you under a MHCP.
• A psychiatrist or paediatrician may also write a referral letter for you to access psychological
  services under the Medicare Better Access Scheme.
